Your Visiting Hygienist comes to you with the services you need and the convenience you want.

About
Your Visiting Hygienist, LLC was conceived to provide dental hygiene services in a manner and location that is convenient to the patient.  Services are provided by Cheryl Grier, a dental hygienist in private practice since 1985 and a Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner since 2010.  Your Visiting Hygienist will treat patients in the privacy and comfort of their Continuing Care Retirement Community or any other type of Health Care Facility in the Central Pennsylvania area.

 

 

 

 


 

Services
Clinical Services:

  • Examination - including a full periodontal   charting and evaluation

  • Oral cancer screening

  • Dental cleaning (prophylaxis)

  • Review examination findings with patient and patient advocate

  • Oral hygiene instruction with patient and/or caregiver

  • Refer patient to dentist, oral surgeon or periodontist as needed

Educational Services:

  • Instructional group program for residents on oral health care and denture care.  Approximately 1/2 hour long.
